Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This includes discounted or sale items.

To use it, email us at natinee.ngnm@gmail.com with your order number and say that you want to withdraw. You can use the model form at the end. You then have another 14 calendar days to send the product to: Natividad Gagneux, Calle Alhama 3, Urbanización Las Lindes, 29780 Nerja (Málaga), Spain.

The product must be unused and in its original condition. The cost of returning it is yours. You can use a tracked service, since you are responsible for the product until we receive it.

Refund

We refund the price of your purchase, including standard shipping, within 14 calendar days of you telling us that you withdraw. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you show proof that you sent it, before refunding. We refund using the same payment method you used.

Personalised products

The Jina langu ni... bag with the name you type is made to your instructions. Under article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised have no right of withdrawal. If it arrives defective or different from what you ordered, you still have the right to repair, replacement or a refund.

Guarantee

All new products carry the legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery. If a product does not conform, you can ask for repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or termination of the contract. NatiNee also covers faulty seams, early wear and material quality, without limiting your legal rights. It does not cover damage from misuse.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at natinee.ngnm@gmail.com with a photo and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
